Wellbrick Estates is a self-management company serving 96 properties that are bound within the Head Lease covering them. The Directors are all house owners within Wellbrick Estates.

The Wellbrick team clubbed together last December to donate a food hamper to the local Food Hub.
It was greatly received and our Treasurer Elizabeth King was on hand to deliver the festive bounty.
The Directors prepare 2 Newsletters per year - these are distributed to all homeowners in April and November.

We have undertaken a multitude of projects in the 11 years we have been under self-management. Details of our projects are shared on our bi-annual Newsletters and at the AGM - we have a photograph album showing before and after pictures. We hope you are pleased with all the works completed to date.
This years ground maintenance is set at £270 per annum per household.
Details on how to pay will be sent to all residents under separate cover.

It goes without saying that it is only possible to keep our charges to a minimum by being under self-management. This has only been possible thanks to the residents who have put themselves forward to be a Wellbrick Director. To hire the services of a management company would cost each homeowner in excess of £800 each.
Steve Roome works hard to ensure our grounds are kept to a high standard.
If you have any queries about the work carried out, please contact us directly. Do not approach the contractors as they have been instructed by Wellbrick Estates Ltd and are answerable to the Directors only.
